I've always thought that this was done by Joe Q. The only place i saw this was from an ad of American comics (?).

Azrael sucked. Now, if it was in my collection I would try and get the artist to paint him out and replace with an a lister rather than a z lister.

A grail piece for me! Very memorable painted cover by one of the greats, Dave Dorman. Despite the popular consensus, I really like the Azrael Batman armor, particularly the second more "robotic" version! Throwing in Jim Balent era Catwoman here brings it over the top for me, too! Very very jealous!=)

Not sure how I missed this one. Beautiful painted Azbats cover from the prime era of the character. Great use of colors by Dorman too.

Pure delightful vision of the 90s, everything is there, atmosphere, color, general light and composition, in short a must have for the nostalgic I am!
