DescriptionI strive to have an example from each classic run from my youth--this is the Byrne X-Men page. I have had a few pass thru my collection--always like to have Storm featured--and Wolverine is here as well. Tough to get one with Phoenix but always good to have a stretch goal, right?Social/Sharing |

Lenin's Ghost!! What an awesome page from the X-Men of my youth as well. Hey Peter, stop showing off your muscles and apply some sun oil to Storm asap!!!

Hey, for guys like me, almost any page from this era of the series is "a stretch goal." Congrats.

So, this is where this page found a home. Did you acquire Page 26 as well? That two page sequence was incredible. Congratulations, Mark, on an outstanding addition to an already impressive collection!

I agree with Storm, she shouldn't have to wear those "absurd scraps of cloth".

What a shame, the X-Men never can have a deserved rest after saving the universe.
A classic run, and the introduction of a new Canadian super hero. I liked a lot how Colossus handled the situation in this issue!

Its true that John Byrne, Storm in a bikini, undressing or in the buff pages are rare.

Fantastic Bryne/Austin X-Men page! Boy there isn't a bad panel on this page. I love seeing the X-Men chilling out by a lake, resting on a blanket in the shade and kicking back for a while...Until Wolverine comes flying through the air and crashes into a tree. Party's over! Time to suit up and get ready to rumble! Gorgeous layouts and pencils by John Bryne, superb inks by Terry Austin. Just a classic page from a classic team during a classic era! Great pick-up, congrats!
