DescriptionThis was one of my favorite pages and I never thought I would get it. It shows a side of Joker you have never seen before displaying a different depth to his relationship with Harley Quinn. He is sobbing with his arms around her and she doesn't even put down her drink or cigarette to console him. Just brilliant.Another interesting aspect to the art is that in this piece you can see the outlines of Harley's nipples through her shirt. They were brushed out in the published version of the page. A year after I got this piece I told Lee that I owned it. He told me it was the best page of the book. Social/Sharing |

One of the most evocative pages I've seen!!! For me, personally, I love seeing this side of Harley. Selfish, almost heartless to Joker yet I also see a glimpse of hesitation in her own actions. Okay, so I don't know the GN however it doesn't make me love this page any less. Each panel is full of emotion and I admire the grittiness that Bermejo and Grey captured. Yeah, this is love.

The page that shuts down 99% of arguments people have against the graphic novel. Brilliant indeed! Funny, I thought we were past the censorship of the 1950s- free the nipple!
