"The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed"... These words started it all for me. The Dark Tower books are what got me into reading for fun as a kid. The books inspired me as a boy and have always fascinated me. The pages are not inked, which leaves Lee's detail intact. I am always looking to add to this collection, so if you have splash pages you want to part with, just let me know. I am specifically on the lookout for page 26 of issue 1. This is the page where Roland first gets his guns after besting Cort and it was used as the cover for the sketch variant of the first issue of the comic. Any information to help my search is greatly appreciated.
