I clearly remember watching the old 40's Sherlock Holmes, Charlie Chan and Mr. Moto movies as a kid. It was one of those where, in the days before infomercials, these things were used to cover rain delayed games. Then there was Thursday nights in the 80's watching PBS's Mystery. That's where I came across Ms. Marple and Hercule Poirot. Bret's Edward Gorey inspired piece is probably my favorite detectives-themed commission.
