Javinal, Federico
Federico Javinal was a longtime mainstay in the Filipino komiks industry. He began in Bulaklak Komiks in 1955, and just a year later, his idol Francisco Coching, asked him to be his assistant. That collaboration lasted until 1972, when Coching retired.
The two pieces in this gallery were a part of Javinal's portfolio when he came to the US to seek work in the comic book industry.
