Sonic the Hedgehog Convention Sketches by Dawn Best
These are sketches that were drawn by Dawn Best for me at my local comic book store. One (Sonic) was during Free Comic Book Day 2012, while the other two (Tails and Knuckles) she did during Packrat Comic's Not at Comic Con Comic Con 2012 event. The two newest ones (Espio and Sonic on blue granulated paper) I received during Packrat Comics' Free Comic Book Day 2013 event. I had the opportunity to talk with her and watch her sketch; it was truly amazing how fast and skilled she drew each of these! Really makes me wish she still worked on the Sonic series; her style is a mix of classic and modern Sonic and would be a perfect match with Ian Flynn's writing.
