First email I get stating they want it is the winner, either through CAF or my [email protected] account. It will be based on email time stamp. Winner then has 24 hours to send Paypal payment. Price includes shipping and insurance for United States domestic orders. If payment is not received in 24 hours I will move on to the next person. After I receive the winning email, I will email the winner to give them my Paypal account #. International buyers, are responsible for all international shipping charges and insurance on full amount of art as well as any customs taxes or import fees based on the full amount of the art. I will not lower it for any customs forms.
