Miller, Frank

Frank Miller's graphic narrative married images and words in the medium of Comics possibly better than anyone had done before to tell impactful and dramatic stories. We were all blown away when we first picked up Daredevil. Artistically, I love the exaggeration, the rawness,and the contrast of black and white in his work. I also love the noir, the ferocity of action, and the pacing in his story-telling. Miller's best work was original and innovaive and truly elevated the artform.
