Is writing art?
Of course it is. Shut up.
What kind of art, though? What does it become if we put the physical manifestation of the creative act of writing, in its most direct and simple form in a cheap frame from Michael’s arts and craft store and hang it on a wall.
It was a statement before, but now it’s stating a second thing. I leave it to the viewer to decide what that is.
These are all created by challenging the author to complete the six-word-story writing exercise as made famous by Ernest Hemingway (“For sale. Baby shoes. Never used.”)
