It was because of Dave Cockrum that I became such a big Legion fan.
When he started to do the back up Legion stories in Superboy, I would eagerly look at each issue of Superboy to see if there was a new Legion story in it.
Then, when the Legion took over the Superboy title, I was overjoyed.
My favorite story was the first appearance of Wildfire in Superboy 195 - "One Shot Hero".
