René Follet (Brussels, April 10th 1931) is one of the greatest Belgian comic artist and illustrators. Over the years he drawn comics for several comic magazines: Spirou, Tintin and the Dutch magazine Eppo. Over the years he frequently worked with full colour and aquarel. Follet never had a big commercial succes as a comic artist, but he is highly praised and respected for his great talent. At the age of almost 80 Follet is still working.
