Caniff, Milton

Milton Caniff was one of the true masters of the comic strip. It doesn't matter whether you're preference is humor, story strips, or adventure, Caniff wove a story beautiful, illustrated that story with lushness, and directed it wonderfully. His panel-by-panel compositions are a joy to behold.
