Pedrosa, Cyril

Cyril Pedrosa was born on 1972 in Poitiers (France). He studies the cartoon to the school "Les Gobelins" where he gets acquainted with the universe of the illustration. From 1996 till 1998, he picks up a post at Disney and works on the rushes of "Le Bossu de Notre-Dame". Then he becomes an assistant-animator on "Hercule". His meeting with David Chauvel is then decisive: he realizes with him between 1998 and 2004 his first comic strip, a series in four albums, "Ring Circus". He realizes then the series "Shaolin Moussaka" between 2004 and 2006 then, an one-shot which is going to be its major opus, rewarded to the festival of Angoulême in 2008 : "Trois Ombres".
