BIFFIGNANDI ALESSANDRO
The maestro A.Biffignandi started in the art-field at fourteen as assistent of De Amicis, few years later was assistent of A.Ciriello, at twenty was hired by Studio Favalli where painted thousand of movie posters. In the 60 started as a solo career and cooperated with the main Italian weekly magazines like Arianna, Epoca, Confidenze, Domenica del Corriere, Grand Hotel, Grazia, Amica. For the English market he did a great lot of war covers for AIR ACE, WAR, LION, BATTLE, FRONT LINE, TOP SECRET-PICTURE LIBRARY, SPIDERMAN etc etc. In the 70's and 80's obtained great success in Italy and France with pulp covers of pocket magazines for adults like BIANCANEVE, ZORA, PINOCCHIO, NAGA, WALLESTEIN, CANDIDA, FASMA, MESSALINA, SCIACALLO, CIMITERIA, LUCREZIA, LA GATTA, SEXY FIABE etc etc.
