PESCE MASSIMO
Massimo started to work in the comic field in 1976 (as soon as graduated at Liceo Artistico) inside the CARTOONSTUDIO. Near the professional artists of the studio he, after few weeks of exercises, was able to drew his first episode in pencil. Inside the studio he drew (in pencil or ink) many one shot episodes published inside the weekly comic magazines of the publishers EURA and UNIVERSO. He inked also some episodes of STRUPPY Detective, published by PABEL in Germany, and a couple of Phantom episodes for SEMIC. In the middle 80's left the studio to follow a solo career. He drew a lot of pocket comics for adult readers, " LA REPORTER", "Top Style", and many others. In the early 90's he worked for the publisher Tattilo on the magazines for mature readers PLAYMEN COMICS and PAT PONG, his well known character is NIKITA. After this latest experience he started to work at the famous Italian comic character ZAGOR and to day is, without doubt, the best and modern artist among all the ZAGOR artists.
