Although he was a very well-known fashion illustrator and pin-up artist, David Wright is not as well known for his comic strip Carol Day, an unfortunate fact because he can draw just about anything and his line work is simply stunning. As others have indicated, Wright's work on Carol Day was well ahead of most of the strips of its time.
