Which piece in your gallery is your favorite and why?

My favorite piece is definitely my Lee Weeks Peter Parker/ Spider-man commission. Lee and I had a long discussion on the vision for the piece and the feel it should have. Lee is one of my favorite artists and this piece is a clear indicator why.

Please tell us a little about yourself.

I am a teacher in WNY who is a husband and father of 2. My favorite topics to chase art wise are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Spider-man, X-men (specifically Gambit, Wolverine, and Jubilee).

How long have you been collecting comic art and what prompted you to start?

I actually got my first piece when I was 13 back in 1995 from John Hebert at a local con (I still have it), but did not start collecting as a passion until 2012. I love art, comic and otherwise and have made several friends who collect similar items.

How do you display/store your collection at home?

I have a finished basement and wall space is most definitely scarce lol.
