Description

This well-crafted page has some great expressions, very (ahem) fine anatomical work too! Carlos Rafael really knows how to draw women, and does a particularly fine job on Dejah's hair and eyes. No, I mean it - I do! An artist can show all the leg and cleavage he wants; it ain't worth a hill of beans unless the elegance is there too, and it's here in spades. I can see elements of Kevin Maguire and Adam Hughes in this guy's stuff, and I'm just waiting for him to get his teeth into a really big series or character! In the meantime, very happy to enjoy this great stuff from an artist whose work is a pleasure to view and shows a lot of potential.
