DescriptionIn the 50's when DC turned to the wes as super heroes faded into the sunset, Johnny Thunder was one of their biggest stars.One of the running features in the DC western comics was Matt Savage, Trail Boss which had a pasing resemblance to the TV series Rawhide. I greatly enjoyed the series, so when I was lokng for two western characters for the great Frank Brunner to illustrate this was easy. |
