Absolutely! The 90's definitely had a recognizable style. The Venom here reminds me of the Venom design from the 90's era Spider-Man: The Animated Series.
Wow, this is an amazing page. Tom Palmer is one of my favorite inkers. His work with John Buscema on Avengers is wonderful. But here strikes another masterful duo. Frenz and Palmer. Very beautiful page.
