Amazing piece!  Duke Fleed is right. That is Spidey swinging by Nathan Phillips Square (Toronto City Hall)!!!  BTW...The Dude does not to have to be in Toronto to create this drawing.  Plenty of photo reference online.  ; )

Not weird at all. Batman is a member of Kevin McGuire's Justice League. So it would be under "J", not "B".
