Correct, the entire galley is dedicated to Mai Shiranui. The ?? refers to the fact that I sadly cannot remember the artist's name after 16 years... I'm pretty sure this was obtained at Anime Expo and she had a table behind our BAAU table...

The latest game she starred in was King of Fighters:Maximum Impact on the PS2 and XBOX. Mai is one of the original video game vixens.
