I was introduced to Larry Elmore's work years ago when I read the Dragonlance books. At the time I didn't know who the artist was but the visuals were fantastic and left an impression. Only later when getting in Comic OA did I know and I still very much admire what he does. To see such a new piece of work, in a commission no less is thrilling. Congratulations on getting this, and I think the line-up if perfect. Must be something to see in person.

Congrats on adding such a nice Byrne MOS page. His run on the miniseries and then Action Comics/Superman is my favourite for the character. That you have such a personal connection to this makes it all the more special.

This would be a grail in almost any collection and even in your own Batman focused collection this goes right to the top. You have the very best Batman artists covered and so many awesome commissions by a artists who aren't known for the character but have added their own unique talents to the project. Choosing the best piece is impossible, picking a favorite nigh impossible, there are just so many great pieces. Jim Lee is such a fantastic talent, widely recognized as as one of the greats and here you cab see why. Congrats and thank you for posting it.
