It really is... it's pencils, inks, copics, watercolor, and even airbrush layers all piled in top of each other. Quite amazing to see up close. Can't wait for my local independent framer to reopen. Ben even scanned their piece in its "tonal" black and white stage so I might be able to get it recolored into a daytime piece at some point too if I'm feeling adventurous/rich. LOL
Thanks! I had this concept in my head for a long time ever since I saw a Joe Benitez Batman piece a while back. When this opportunity came along I aske Jason how much I put I was allowed to give. He said to give him some ideas and he actually did them ALL!!!!!! It's the gem of my collection, for sure.
