Hex #18 pgs. 21-22 Owner: <> Shemp Comment posted on 11/13/2025 These pages are a testament to the wonderfully twisted mind of Michael Fleisher (and Giffen, who was a bit twisted himself, was a good choice to render them). I'll be honest, I thought the Jonah Hex gets sent to the future and becomes Mad Max was a crazy idea, and I probably gave the Hex series short shrift when it came out. That being said, this sequence, both a callback to one of Fleisher's most memorable Jonah Hex stories and a farewell to the character he had written for many years, remains a shockingly memorable ending to the series. |
