The oroginal ink page is copied and sized to the french format. Then an artist touches up the ink, uses white out to correct areas, and draws new word ballons if necessary. White out is used to cover the english words, page numbers and any notes or stray marks. Small pieces of paper with the french translations are glued to the page along with page nimbers. Som times there is little changes like my Warlords page. Other times quite a bit. My Namor page has about 1/2 inch of art added to the top, right side and bottom.
Not sure who the character is or if it is a real person. We don't have a lot of information. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Yes, stats were used. Then on some of the pages, the artwork was touched up with ink and white out. Some of the word bubbles have been altered. On the Tales to Astonish #75, artwork had to be added to the top, side and bottom to make the picture fit the diffrent size page. In 2001: A Space Odyssey #6 they used panels from 2 different pages.
