I'm pretty sure that's from a Marvel UK series called Codename:Genetix.

I'm pretty sure that's inked by Klaus Janson. Talk about two of the greats working together!

I don't own the comic but I know that the first issue of the British comic "Warrior" featured a Prester John story drawn by John Bolton. This really looks like Bolton's early black and white art and the lettering looks like Steve Parkhouse who did loads of work for Warrior.

If you look carefully at the bottom "Paris + Kez" is written in pencil. This would lead me to believe the piece is drawn by Paris Cullins and inked by Keith S Wilson.
