I don't know what book you're talking about but you are wrong. If you don't want to believe an expert then ask Taglietti himself or check his blog for a catalog of his covers assembled by Taglietti himself.

Raven, I don't know where you're getting your information but that's clearly not the work of Biffignandi. That cover wasn't even used on the original Italian edition.

It would be cool if you could get a picture if this without the glare. It looks like it could be a nice piece but the poor photo appears to diminish the work.
In America the movie is known as "Vampyres". An erotic horror classic! The same photo for the Biancaneve cover was also cleverly used for supplemental edition 104 of Cimiteria.
This is not Biffignandi. It's Pino D'angelico. Oltretomba was published by Ediperiodici and Biffignandi did not work for that publisher.
