Some information has come to light by a third party source crediting all the art in the Dr Who and the Daleks Omnibus to Ivan Rose, who was a commercial illustrator better known for film posters, and who also did some of the covers for Look-in Magazine.

Interesting. I know Frank Langford did do some American romance comics as I've seen some of the originals. But his style remains recognisable as similar to the Penny On Her Own strip I gave a link to. I'm in touch with someone who is in touch with Jesus Redondo, and hopefully he might confirm the artistry, and perhaps reveal a bit more behind this page?

This isn't an original art though, is it? I've been trying to locate John Bolton originals for Bionic Woman, and this gives the impression you have one when CAF is - at least I thought - about original art?

Hi, It looks very much as if it was from the Space:1999 Magazine, which had 64 pages, issue 7 which was actually September 1976: http://www.technodelic.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Upload02/Space1999US01.htm Confusingly also, there was a strip called 'Another Name For Hell' in issue 2, but this isn't from it! This story was 'The Infinity Mechanism'.

Is that a mark-up at the bottom of the page saying that this page was going to be in issue '243', which suggests the decision to re-launch 'TV21' from issue 1 again was taken late in the day?
