Thanks Peter. I had mentioned that Romero took over the story and art chores on Modesty for the suddenly departed Holdaway in the Description but still listed Holdaway as the artist! I've corrected that error, and it's still my favorite Romero since he tried to finish "Warlords of Phoenic" in Jim's style.
Marcus, you are so right. The cheekbones! Holdaway was brilliant: a slight contour to both cheeks, a light brushstroke or two on each side, and the beautifu, cool and capable Modesty is presented.
Thanks for the timeline clarification Aaron! The Statue of Liberty was a rather big borrow though.
