This Captain Marvel piece is one of a series I'm working on in pen and ink, and monochromatic tones. besides I miss the old guy. it was a lot of fun creating, and it and the others were used as an in-class exercise for my students. Pat Broderick

Commander Rann and crew. When I started this it felt just like old times. These were characters that I loved and a story concept which was always innovative. I�ve worked on this title for two companies, Marvel and Devils Due; But Marvel had the right handle on these characters and stories. These are little beings in our world. They were never better than when they were fighting in a Mac Donald�s. Or battling a kid, his lawn mower, and his dog. Pat broderick

The Black Widow secret agent from the 60�s, 70�s and today. As a supporting character she bounced between Iron Man and Daredevil, An incredibly gorgeous woman that was as deadly as beautiful....Pat Broderick

I�m always happy to return to the Dark Knight, and this piece is no exception. Two Face.. What can you say about him except interesting. A character compulsively driven to clean up Gotham until that one tragic turn of events pushed his mind over the edge. This is the Batman from the 70�s. No stylized cape and the �spotlight� circle around the bat emblem on his chest. I�ve always been in love with urban settings. The mixture of old and new, and atmosphere everywhere. Pat Broderick

This is one of the reasons I love, first the internet, and specifically this site, comicartfans. Finding treasures like these pages and discovering truly great works of art.
