Thanks! I haven't either.. first one I've seen in person, actually.
Yeah... now that you mention it, it does look like Nightwing! The front sorta looked like an arrow pointing down to me. Thanks!
Yeah, It's supposed to be Rick Hunter, but without the correct hair color I just generalized him..
I feel the same. It was like my birthday when the seller agreed to sell it to me! Thanks a ton for the estimate. '95/95 sounds good to me!
So was I. At the time I wasn't picking up as many comics as I was when PE was in full swing ( or as often ) so I wasn't up on current events. I bought a Wizard which had an article on comic greats who have passed away and was shocked when I saw that he had passed away. Shocked and deeply saddened. I think he felt like a personal friend to many of his fans, the way he opened up in his Starting Notes. I still miss the big guy..
Me too. I remember picking this one up cheap, I guess they've been out of print for too long..
Yeah! I think everyone involved with this book was at or near the top of there game
That's true, I think it really adds something to it. Plus - T.M. Maple & Mark Gruenwald on the same page!
Mystery solved! Thanks Brian, good to hear from you.
They were! I was lucky enough to have my 7-11 carry them at the time. I lived nowhere near a comic shop, so anything other than Marvel or DC was unusual and I'd try to get them before my rival got to them..
Thanks Holly! I still need to unpack the box this book is in, when I do I'll look through it and see if I can make an educated guess on that fourth signature.. I was at that convention, I think Amanda Conner was my favorite - she's quirky! ( Thanks again, I was in a hurry and overlooked the art type.. shhhh.. don't tell anyone - maybe no one else will notice! )
Thanks for the offer, but I don't think I could sell it.. I'm actually looking for more Drew Hayes art!
