i loved reading how you got this piece and what it means to you. I loved Spidey as a kid and Marvel Team Up was a fav. I also remember vividly reading this issue. I had been introduced to Deathlok a bit earlier throught Astonishing Tales where he first debuted. Loved the design Rick Buckler came up with. Was completely confused when he talked to 'Puter.... his computer.... he looked like a bad guy. but was really the hero... the original robocop....

one of the things I love about collecting is how different artists, time periods, characters etc appeal to different people for different reasons. I always love seeing your emails/posts of art that means so much to you as it opens my mind to new artists and styles that i hadn't taken notice of as much before.
