A playful piece to contrast the stodgy illustration of Moore with the colorful birds popping out of his bird's nest like a coo coo clock! 

The beard is awesome and is a crucial component of contrast against the shadows.  Moore is presented as a mysterious and magical figure that falls into the wheelhouse of Risso's style!  

Fantastic with the two different colors for the eyes to have a Moore penetrating stare.  If an artist wanted to draw beards and hair, with a side of genius, there is no finer subject.

The smoky eyes are great.  I like the jaggedness of the spaces in between the pattern blocks.  That little open wedge into the coat to draw attention to the left hand going into the pocket or behind him is cool.  Very high fashion piece.

That hypnotizing stare!  It reaches deep into your soul and delves into the human condition amidst all the real life forces that are out of our control.

Another glorious tribute to the magician that transformed comics over his 40 years.  The concept is fully embraced by Dearmas as the paper is filled up with Moore in all his noble visage.  The references through the tarot cards is mystical creativity that has been dealt through the years as fate. 

Nice! I love all of the Veitch Supreme stories. So much fun. 

Rick Veitch captivates once again with a collaboration with Alan Moore!  This short period piece installs some of the golden age lore of Supreme and Veitch does it with his 50's crime comics style to play against some of the quirky dialogue of the era.  Some of which looks like Frank Robbins inspired art with the brushwork that is has the edgy action adventure look of the classic era.

That beard work is warlock worthy!
