The background is stolen from a piece done by Phil Jimenez : http://hoosierinanity.blogspot.com/2009/03/and-now-for-lot-of-green-lantern.html and then Rob Granito crudely drew a pretty rough looking Hal Jordan over it. Google the name "Rob Granito" he has quite a history of stealing other people's work, and making money off of it. I'm deeply sorry you were one of his victims.
