Hey Jeff, 

Nick Derrington is doing the current Doom Patrol series for DC. He also did the covers for the recent Mister Miracle run. This Batman Universe storyline is only in Giant Batman comics sold exclusively at Wal-Mart.

Yes, Bruce did the colors as well. His vibrant choice of colors reflects his years of animation work.

I agree. A bit of trivia, there was a subtle change between the original and the published cover. You may even be able to guess it without seeing the final version. Also, I read this issue and did not find Green Arrow or Batman in any significant role inside. Finally, anyone know who the guy on the right is? Regardless, I just thought it was a great image and was very pleased to get it.
