That was nice that Carmine Infantino was able to recreate this for you--I'd like to hear more of that story!
I wish the classic uniform had never gone away--I think it's one of the greatest Silver Age designs. At least Starlin brought it back for a little while. Maybe it'll come back some day in the future.
Now it would be cool to get a sketch of Adam Strange, The Atom, and Captain Atom and display it next to this one. Then you'd have an "Adam" sketch and a "Strange" sketch.
That is just wonderful. I never knew Maguire sketched Adam Strange.
The action here is a little softer than the original, and I kind of like that. Also love the detailed rendering of Adam's face. Is that Infantino sketch reprinted in any books? If so, which?
