Dave Hunt was one of the best inkers for Sal, as well as Sam Grainger and (later in Sal's career) Akin & Garvey...

Thanks Malvin! Yes I followed your advice and now I'm here! I got this page by mail order in the late 80's (no intarwebs then!) for - get this - $95! Each time I look at it, I still have tears of joy in my eyes!
