Very cool page. I'm a fan of Giorgio. Met him several times at conventions and have got some nice sketches there.

Ja, da waren ausnahmsweise mal beide da. Sonst war Dirk meistens allein auf Conventions. Robert hat auch den Sprechblasen-Text geschrieben. RIP

Great sketch! The Comic Action in 1999 was my first ever comic con and Tim Sale was the first person I got a sketch from. I did not have a sketchbook, bought my sketchbook a day later, and got a Batman on a sheet of paper.

I started visiting conventions in the early 90s. Erlangen, Essen and Contern were my favourite. I remember, that what you got from Tim depended on what you asked for. If you said "Superman" he only drew a stylized face. So I asked for a flying Superman and got this.
