Yes he does, out of all the Batman villains that I've seen him do, he captures Scarecrow IMO the best!

Thank you for your kind words, I tend to agree about the NU52 costume, I don't mind that it doesn't have the underoos :) but I am not crazy about the armor look it has to it. You're right though it does depend on who is drawing it though.
