Welcome to Fantasy Artist Ed Beard JR's Biography Page FANTASY ARTIST ED BEARD JR. HAS BEEN CREATING DRAGONS, MONSTERS,POPULAR COMIC CHARACTERS AND JUST ABOUT EVERY IMAGE OF A CREATURE YOU COULD IMAGINE, FOR OVER 35 YEARS. Ed have been a regular guest artist for the past 35 years at Comic Cons across the US where he creates on the spot drawing for various collectors and subjects. Ed also takes on a few commission for paintings each year from collectors who want a realistic high end "HAND DRAWN OR PAINTED" work of art of their favorite character. Ed is best known for his annual work on the Tide Mark "Dragon" calendar found at B&N and Borders each year, D&D, Magic the Gathering.
