DescriptionOil on wood panel21" X 29" I had originally commissioned Petar to do just a Death Dealer pencil, because I liked his pencils and thought he could do a great Death Dealer. The piece turned out great and Petar wanted to do a painting based on the pencil. I decided, if the painting would be done, then I would be the one to commission it. Here it is over a year after the pencil was done and then tweaked to make the painting even better. A true modern masters take on Frazetta! Published in Spectrum 21 Social/Sharing |

Rearranging and chanching the figures on the left give it more dynamic action then the pencil version and as spectator your attention is drawn toward the Deathdealer

Petar felt the same way after he had done the pencil and wanted to make sure he made the changes to for painting.
