I think that is very true. I met with Dan last night and he has so many covers and things to do. He is very grounded in his work and it takes all of his focus. He has his career mapped out.

I have had to de-energize parts of circuits a few times in my career due to cats up on the crossarms and poles. It is a bad public image, if we let them get electrocuted.
