Cute design like she's dressed up to be an LOL doll! Those freckles look amazingly real.

The jacket and pink hair may be screaming for attention, but it's the subtlety of her facial features that steal the show. Love how her left eye barely peeks out from below those long pink bangs. As we are left to wonder whether that downward gaze is a look of disinterest, distraction, or shyness. And don't even get me started on the freckles.

Loved her work for quite a while, but this one was just perfect for the reasons you and others have mentioned.
