DescriptionI ran across this interesting piece by John Buscema at the Chicago Comicon in 1980 and purchased it from a dealer. I am not sure when it was done, whether it a specific character or if it has been published. So if any of you out there have some knowledge, please pass it on to me. Thanks.Update: 2/9/2011 Michael Maikowsky, who has a very nice CAF tribute section for John Buscema, has answered down in the comments where, when and published "Savage Sword of Conan #15, accompanying an interview with Big John, that originally appeared in the "Comic Book Workshop Showcase"". Thanks Michael. Now the question is who might she be? Social/Sharing |

Great combo! Love the art. No Idea what it was used for. Let me know if you ever decide to part with it.

This is so beautiful. Very detailed and I love her face. Now, I'm not an expert but a part of me wants to say that this 'might' be Valeria.

Actually, after doing some research, and not owning the book, all I could come up with was 'Slave Girl Princess'.

nice. It's interesting to see Bucema's signature this way (vs his "autograph" style of signing things). Was he like Steranko, rolling out a couple different variants of his signature?

I think it's Dan who wrote both names.
