Picked up a gorgeous hardcover edition of this book in Paris last month. I've always loved this book.

Thank you so much for sharing this will all of us. :)It originally came out in the 1970's (I believe) as one of the DC Treasury Editions. Us old farts (that would be me and Joe) remember it fondly. It was supposed to be a continuing series but this was the only edition that ever saw print. A few months ago it was re-issued in hardcover. Either version is well worth tracking down if you like Redondo or Kubert art. Clearly I am partial to both.

What an outstanding page. I remember reading this when it first came out. This treasury edition truly brought the Bible stories to life.

It is currently on display at the Cartoon Art Museum in their Filipino comic artist exhibition. Lots of great stuff there to see.
