DescriptionPage 2 of the sequence. Here Zayne confronts Jarael with her past; the fact that she was an overseer in the slave pits, and accuses her of not helping enough, not doing enough. Jarael, confused about Zaynes reactions, counters that she did everything she could, that she was only 13 at the time. Because of the misinformation that Chantique has given Zayne he brings up her markings, thinking they actually mean Destoryer in the language of the slaves...I love the first and the fifth panels on this page. The use of shadows to highten the mood and the raw emotions just go to show that you dont need big action shots for story telling. Social/Sharing |
