Description

This piece is a gift from my friend Damon Owens, commissioner extraordinaire. Over a year ago, Sal Velluto sent me the piece, I thanked Damon, and put it "someplace safe" until I could scan and upload it. I never saw it again-until now. Finding it was like getting a second gift.

I love the piece. This cape battle fits perfectly with my Super-Pet Team-Up theme. (It additionally reminds of the tug of war over a toy between my two dogs: one serene with jaws clamped and the other struggling furiously to take the item away). Sal has once again demonstrated why he remains one of Damon's go to pencillers.

Thanks again to both Sal and Damon.
