Marvel western covers by Kane of this vintage are remarkable all too ignored gems - I find them to be far mroe interesting than his superhero work of the same vintage

Benno, a stellar Gil Kane example! Gil Kane was one of the top artists in the history of comics. I love his work more than even some of his famous peers, Kirby, Big John, Romita, and Colan. Growing up in the early 70's, it seemed to me that almost every Marvel cover was drawn by this incredible artist! Everything he drew seemed alive and in fluid motion! Congrats on a glorious example of his genius.
